Christmas: Peppermint Mocha
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp vegan chocolate chips
Espresso (I used 2 shots)
1.5 cups oat milk
1 peppermint candy cane
vegan whipped topping
Instructions:
Place chocolate chips in your favorite mug and place under your espresso maker’s spout (if you don’t have an espresso maker, pour some strong hot coffee in the mug). Stir well until chocolate chips are melted.
Heat oat milk in a small sauce pot over medium heat until hot, and add to the mug (you can also microwave your milk to save time).
Stir the mixture with a peppermint candy cane until it is partially melted (taste to see if the hot chocolate is desirably peppermint-y)
Top with vegan whip and some crushed candy cane and enjoy!
