Summer Series: Iced London Fog Latte

Summer Series: Iced London Fog Latte

This is based on the Starbucks London Fog latte, which is Earl Grey tea, milk, and vanilla syrup. I used almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup for a sweet and satisfying vegan treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag earl grey tea (I used decaf because it was already afternoon!)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1.5 cups vegan milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)

Instructions:

  1. In a mason jar or cocktail shaker, place tea bag in 1/3 cup boiling water. Cover with a small plate and let steep for 4 minutes.

  2. After the tea has steeped 4 min, remove tea bag and discard.

  3. Fill mason jar or cocktail shaker with ice, secure the lid and shake until tea is cold.

  4. Strain into your empty serving glass.

  5. Add vanilla and maple syrup and stir.

  6. Add vegan milk and top off with ice.

  7. Enjoy!
